Abstract

Glaucoma is the leading cause of blindness after penetrating keratoplasty (PK) and its management is still controversial. Earlier diagnosis is mandatory to salvage the graft. The newer modalities like recent tonopens, ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM), Anterior segment optic coherence tomography (ASOCT) are helpful tools for its diagnosis.
