Abstract
A- Ti3O5exhibits intriguing phase transition between λ, ß and $a$ phase, which has great application potential in tunable optoelectronic devices. However, the fabrication of λ- Ti3O5still presents great challenge and its application in THz range has been rarely reported so far. Our work developed two strategies to fabricate λ-Ti3O5and investigated its phase transition properties in THz range.
