Abstract

Over the past few years, the importance of applied neuroscience to organizational and professional contexts has grown. The term "neuromanagement" is used in literature to describe this research area. To enhance and/or modify the attitudes and motivations of the diverse professionals working within organizations, neuromanagement took, during the years, the form of a discipline aimed at understanding all those cognitive processes.
