Abstract
In this paper, the notion of vector-valued multiresolution analysis and biorthogonal vector-valued wavelets is introduced. The existence of compactly supported biorthogonal vector-valued wavelets associated with a pair of biorthogonal compactly supported vector-valued scaling functions is investigated.
