Abstract

In-beam [Formula: see text]-ray spectroscopy of [Formula: see text]I was carried out following [Formula: see text]Sn(7Li, 4n[Formula: see text]) fusion-evaporation reaction at a beam energy of 33 MeV. Ratio of the electric dipole (E1) and electric quadrupole (E2) transition probabilities [B(E1)/B(E2)] for the transitions depopulating from the [Formula: see text] states have been extracted from this study.
