So that it can be done, it is necessary to motivate nurses with the timeliness of returning inpatient medical records at the hospital. This study uses a descriptive analytic correlation approach with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study amounted to 46 nurses with a sample of 32 nurses using proportional sampling with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Abstract
Delays in returning medical records can hamper management activities and risk the loss of medical records.
