Back scratch was decreased significantly after exercise only in the modern dance group and combined exercise group but there was no change in chair sit and reach. These results suggest that various exercises were found to play a positive role in maintaining and improving fitness for the elderly women. In addition, additional exercise programs are needed to improve flexibility and mobility of joints for the elderly. Abstract
