The results showed that there were no significant differences (P>0.05) among the treatment groups in body weight gain. However, there were significant differences (P<0.05) among the treatment groups in scrotal circumference, height at the withers, heart girt and hip width values. The results also showed that there were significant differences (P<0.05) among the treatment groups in serum total protein, albumin and globulin values. The result further showed that there were significant differences (P<0.05) among the treatment groups in Alkaline phosphatase, Alanine transaminase, Aspartate transaminase activities, sodium, chloride, potassium, biocarbonate and creatinine values. The results of this study showed that Gonadotrophin (Pergonal (R) ) administration to Yankasa rams for spermatogenesis did not result in any hepatoxic or nephrotoxic effects. 促性腺激素(r)对产精雄性羊肝肾功能、体形及血清蛋白的影响
选取3组体重30.50 ~ 30.60 kg、2.0 ~ 2.60岁的健康成年羊6只,分别给予49.50 iu (T2)、99.00 iu (t3)和148.50 iu (T4)的个人注射(美国Ferring实验室),每组分为3次,连续3天。另一组6只公羊同期给予生理盐水1 mL作为对照(T1)。观察药物对大鼠机体构象、肝功能及血清蛋白的影响。所有治疗均采用肌内注射。结果表明,各处理组间体重增加无显著差异(P < 0.05)。但各治疗组阴囊周长、肩高、心围、臀宽值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白值在各处理组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果进一步表明,各处理间碱性磷酸酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶活性、钠、氯、钾、生物碳酸盐和肌酐值差异显著(P<0.05)。本研究结果表明,促性腺激素(Pergonal (R))给羊用于精子发生没有导致任何肝氧化或肾毒性作用。关键词:羊,Pergonal®,肝肾功能,血清蛋白,体构象。
