Comparing with other algorithms on runtime and ability of classification, experimental results show that the proposed method approves feasibility and accuracy. Abstract

Taking consideration of the particularity of the college student group, this paper proposes to apply attribute reduction for classification management of students, which provides valuable reference for student workers. This paper firstly focuses on the classification of attributes, applies equivalent class for attribute reduction, puts forward judging theorems of core attributes with demonstration; secondly, it proposes an algorithm of attribute reduction and applies it to classification management of college students for the first time by establishing a binary tree with attributes; subsequently, we discuss the time complexity, the time complexity of reduction is reduced to polynomial level for the first time.
