Moreover, the homogeneity, shape (cubic), and size (approximately averaged ⁓31nm (29nm⁓38nm)) of the synthesized CuO nanoparticles under optimum conditions were confirmed through the SEM technique. Besides, its elemental compositions, capping agent, and crystallinity were investigated through    EDS, FT-IR and XRD. Finally, in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), the as-prepared CuO NPs demonstrated excellent peroxidase activity against 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB).\nJ. Bangladesh Acad.
