Intraoperative complications included perforation of descemet’s membrane in 5 eyes, postoperative temporary elevation of intraocular pressure in 4 eyes, descemet’s membrane striae in 6 cases and recurrence of primary disease in 3 eyes. Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of deep lamellar keratoplasty for the treatment of stromal corneal dystrophy. 深板层角膜移植术治疗间质性角膜营养不良的疗效观察

目的评价深板层角膜移植术治疗间质性角膜营养不良的疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~ 2018年12月本院49例间质性角膜营养不良患者59眼的资料。所有病例均行深板层角膜移植术。随访时间6个月~ 4年。观察角膜移植的情况及术中、术后并发症。结果所有病例术后角膜移植物均保持清晰。术后最佳矫正视力(BCVA) 0.3 8眼，0.4 ~ 0.6 40眼，0.6 ~ 0.8 11眼。术中并发症:视网膜膜穿孔5眼，术后暂时性眼压升高4眼，视网膜膜出现条纹6眼，原发疾病复发3眼。角膜移植术后无排斥反应发生。结论深板层角膜移植术是治疗间质性角膜营养不良的一种安全有效的方法。关键词:角膜移植术;板层;深度;营养不良，角膜，基质
