Abstract
Understanding the anatomy and surgical technique for repair of the unilateral and bilateral cleft lip remain essential to the practice of plastic surgery. This chapter summarizes the relevant anatomy, clinical evaluation, surgical technique, and postoperative care of the cleft lip patient.
