This paper discusses the influence mechanism of multiple concurrent factors on enterprise debt restructuring and summarizes the selection rules of debt restructuring strategies for enterprises with different characteristics of debt. The research shows that there are five kinds of allocation for enterprises to realize debt restructuring. According to the different core conditions, enterprise debt restructuring can be divided into high-quality operation and management mode, technology leading mode, and debt-to-equity mode. Abstract

Debt restructuring is an effective means to solve the financial difficulties of enterprises. 基于模糊集定性比较分析的企业债务重组多主体决策
债务重组是解决企业财务困难的有效手段。目前,不同特点的企业参与债务重组的经营方式和手段各不相同,尚未形成统一的债务重组方案。为了解决这一问题,本文采用模糊集定性比较分析的方法。本文探讨了多重并发因素对企业债务重组的影响机制,总结了不同债务特征企业的债务重组策略选择规律。研究表明,企业实现债务重组的配置方式有五种。根据核心条件的不同,企业债务重组可分为优质经营管理模式、技术引领模式和债转股模式。研究结果揭示了企业债务重组背后的机制,为政府和债权人在债务重组过程中做出相应的决策提供了参考依据。
