Arthrography, CT scan, and MRI showed that the lesion extended to the interior, anterior, and posterior regions of the left TMJ. Abstract
Synovial osteochondromatosis may occur secondarily to trauma, which causes the connective tissue of the synovial membrane to undergo metaplasia and change to cartilage.A 54-year-old woman presented with pain in the left temporomandibular joint (TMJ).
