The samples are subjected to increasing temperatures (from 25 to 80 °C). It will be shown that the real part of the permittivity has a decreasing trend to rising temperature. As temperature increases, water evaporates; therefore the value of permittivity decreases. Moreover, dielectric losses increase with increasing temperature from 16 at 25 °C to 32 at 80 °C. This is caused by a predominant ionic conduction at lower frequencies, where ionic mobility increases at higher temperatures.
