Abstract

The fundamental idea of any integrated power system is to operate more efficiently and at the same time to operate most economically. The cost of generation of real power at different generating units can be minimized for any given load demand. Apart from cost, environmental emission is also to be considered as growing emissions all over the world are creating a major havoc to living environment.
