Abstract

ABSTRACT The ferroelectric properties of sodium doped cesium nitrate (Cs1−xNaxNO3) - polymer composite films have been studied. The composite film of Cs1−xNaxNO3: PVA with doping concentration x = 13.6% prepared by spray deposition method at substrate temperature Ts = 200°C shows optimum value of remanent polarization and polarization current. The improved properties have been attributed to high structural distortion.
