Constitutive heterochromatin regions were determined on telomeres of the chromosomes. Nuclear orgnizer regions were detected on 21st chromosome. Karyotype symmetry/asymmetry index was calculated as 2.32. The karyotypes of gill and kidney cells were the same. Abstract
