Abstract
Research lies in the theoretical and practical development of three methods of conducting recreational and health-improving swimming lessons for children 3-4 years-old, aimed at optimizing adaptation and developing certain adaptive abilities.
The purpose consist in revealing the effectiveness of experimental techniques in the systems of individual and group lessons for children aged 3-4 years.
