Abstracts of the report “Relational Foundations of Nonsingular Cosmology”, presented at the conference “Foundations of Fundamental Physics and Mathematics” (OFFM-2020) (ed. by Yu. S. Vladimirov, V. A. Panchelyuga. Moscow: PFUR, 2020), are being developed.
