Abstract
Modern medicine's technological advancements recognize the contributions of traditional and complementary medicine. Combining Kampo medicine, antihypertensive agents, and lifestyle changes can be an effective, holistic treatment approach for patients with hypertension, frequently accompanied by impaired mental health and quality of life.
