Abstract
2014 Description of the method of thin film preparation, of doping, of the experimental results on photoconductivity at différent temperatures and the results of the calculation of the capture cross-section of these impurities. The intrinsic photoconductivity maximum is around 0.49 03BC with Cu, Ag, Co and V dopant. Thin films exhibit wide bands in photoconductivity, the thresholds of which are about 0.60, 0.54, 0.63 and 0.65 03BC irespectively. The activation energes when the impurity is excess cadmium are 0.52, 0.34 and 0.25 eV. Thermal extinction of photoconductivity occurs around 500 °K. Analysis of the decrease of photoconductivity with time at different temperatures allows the determination of capture cross-sections from 10201417 to 1
