The semen from proven buck was used for the successful in-vitro fertilization (IVF) of oocyte and production of Caprine embryos. Various factors were affected the successful production of cleaved embryos in Caprine and were well explained by various authors. Abstract

The slaughterhouse Caprine ovaries were the cheap source of Caprine germplasm, and it was collected in a hygienic method within a short period.
