Based on this method, the teaching effect of College English can be evaluated quantitatively, and weaknesses in teaching can be found to implement a closed-loop of continuous improvement. The methods presented in this paper can improve the quantitative evaluation methods of College English teaching quality and provide strong support for the continuous improvement of College English teaching. Abstract
The introduction of Outcomes-based Education (OBE) in College English teaching can help to carry out student-oriented education.
