The design of this study used five groups, consisting of one negative control group, one positive control group and three treatment groups with Qur’an recitation therapy 1x1 hours, 2x1 hours and 2x2 hours (one week).\nResults: The spatial memory behavior of mice in the control group [+] was longer, namely 77.936 when compared to other groups. The hanging time behavior of mice increased in the control [+], P[1], P[2] and P[3] groups. Histology of mice’s glia cells decreased in the control [+], treatment [1], treatment [2] and treatment [3] groups.
