Results: After the training period, there was a significant improvement in the quality of life sub-comparisons of physical function, physical role, emotional role, energy and vitality, social function, physical pain, and general health in the functional training group compared to the control group, but the difference No significance was observed in cognitive health between the two groups. In the subscales of mental health, a significant improvement in physical symptoms, anxiety symptoms and sleep and social dysfunction was observed in the functional exercise group compared to the control group, but a significant difference in changes in depressive symptoms was observed in the functional exercise group compared to the control group.
