Abstract
The conventional and organic milk prices are one of the most important factors when comparing profitability of the various dairy systems. The organic milk price changes but is more stable than conventional milk prices. In both years of this study, conventional milk prices were relatively lower than than a more typical 3-5 year milk price time frame. A further analysis would be appropriate to show comparative system profits with milk price correlation over a longer period.
