Abstract

A circular display of impedance (Smith Chart) is a convenient monitor of the impedance matching (coupling) of an EPR resonator to the microwave transmission line in the spectrometer. An implementation using inexpensive components is described that could be applied in a wide range of EPR spectrometers.
