Abstract
The present study focuses on the relationships between entrepreneurial characteristics (Training, success-oriented trend, control locus), Strategic and managerial factors (E.networking, Business model, Management team), Service-quality related (reliability, responsiveness, Site quality), and the success of e-commerce entrepreneurs. An exploratory study has been conducted through semi-structured interviews.
