The inhibitive effect of the Juniperus plant could be attributed to the presence of some compound in the plant which is adsorbed on the surface of the mild steel. The Juniperus plant was found to conform to the Frumkin adsorption isotherm and Temkin adsorption isotherm at all the concentration levels and temperature studied. The phenomenon of physical adsorption is proposed from the activation parameters obtained.
