The byproduct steam synthetic furnace system in a company’s technological process of preparing high concentration hydrochloric acid was taken as an example in this paper. To obtain more perfect safety condition index system of the byproduct steam synthetic furnace system, the HAZOP was applied to analyses the possible causes and consequences of parameter deviation during the device running. Then, according to this established index system, fuzzy integrated evaluation was employed. The results show that the combination of HAZOP and fuzzy integrated evaluation not only achieved semi-quantitative assessment of system, but also evaluated the degree of importance of the parameters at each node to the normal operation of the device and the integral safety of the node. Abstract

Fuzzy integrated evaluation method is introduced based on the results of HAZOP, to compensate for the lack of HAZOP. 基于HAZOP的模糊综合评价
在HAZOP结果的基础上,引入模糊综合评价方法,弥补了HAZOP的不足。以某公司制取高浓度盐酸工艺过程中的副产蒸汽合成炉系统为例。为了得到较为完善的副产蒸汽合成炉系统安全工况指标体系,应用HAZOP软件对装置运行过程中参数偏差可能产生的原因和后果进行了分析。然后根据建立的指标体系进行模糊综合评价。结果表明,HAZOP与模糊综合评价相结合,既实现了对系统的半定量评价,又能对各节点参数对设备正常运行和节点整体安全的重要程度进行评价。以HAZOP分析结果为基础,实现资源信息共享,合理分配有限的资源。
