Investigating the relationship between academic burnout and educational factors among students of Guilan University of medical sciences

Results: A significant relationship was observed between academic burnout and passion in college major (P = 0.0001), failing the courses (P = 0.0001), probation record (P < 0.009), teaching factors, educational environment and educational facilities (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study indicated a significant relationship between academic burnout and a number of educational factors. Abstract

Introduction: Academic burnout is among the factors that negatively affect academic performance and has recently been studied in schools and universities. Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between academic burnout and educational factors among students of Guilan University of Medical Sciences in 2015–2016. 桂兰医科大学学生学业倦怠与教育因素的关系调查
学业倦怠是影响学习成绩的因素之一,最近在学校和大学中得到了研究。目的:本研究旨在了解桂兰医科大学2015-2016学年学生学业倦怠与教育因素的关系。材料与方法:本横断面研究以桂兰医科大学二学期及以上的532名学生为研究对象。本研究使用的工具是马斯拉克学生倦怠问卷和教育因素问卷。数据分析采用SPSS软件21版。结果:学业倦怠与大学生专业热情(P = 0.0001)、不及格(P = 0.0001)、见习记录(P < 0.009)、教学因素、教育环境、教育设施(P < 0.05)存在显著相关。结论:本研究结果显示学业倦怠与多项教育因素有显著的关系。因此,适当的教育和教学设施可以减少学生的学业倦怠。
