Adsorption of Cu and CN− on MPS was investigated as a function of pH, adsorbent dosage, temperature and time. The Langmuir and Freundlich models were used to simulate the adsorption isotherms of Cu at different temperature. The thermodynamic date were calculated, the results suggest that adsorption process of Cu on MPS was spontaneous and endothermic.
