Abstract

摘要本研究旨在探讨伊朗储蓄银行员工个人态度特征对人力资源生产力效应的影响。本研究在目的上是“应用性”的,在数据收集和方法上是“描述性-相关性研究”,统计人口为某银行的经理、副经理、主管和员工共1631人,其中采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取360人。为了收集必要的数据,在理论基础和人力资源专家意见的基础上,制定了一份调查问卷。采用spss23对数据进行描述性和推断性分析,采用amos23对数据进行验证性因子分析。结果表明,伊朗沙漠银行的员工态度特征的大部分成分都对人力资源生产力效应有影响。因此,通过提供适当的解决方案和规划,以满足个人态度特征的组成部分,可以加强这些特征,从而提高人力的生产力。
