Abstract

肝硬化患者胃动力与血浆胃动素关系的研究

目的:阐明胃动力障碍与血浆胃动素的关系，以探讨肝硬化合并消化不良的发病机制、诊断和治疗。方法:对51例肝硬化患者进行胃液排空(GE)、胃电图(EGG)及血浆胃动素测定。结果:胃动力障碍与肝功能、胃节律及上消化道症状有关。肝硬化患者血浆胃动素浓度较对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。吸附性促动力药物能改善胃动力功能，但对胃动素水平无影响。结论:肝硬化患者胃运动功能障碍，胃排空延迟，GE与肝功能有一定关系。我们评估这种疾病与胃对血浆蛋白酶的低敏感性有关。可以判断肝脏损伤程度，胃排空延迟。胃动素测定胃节律。药物可以解决问题。
