Three mixtures of substrates were used: one Ml consisting of 80% cattle manure, 20% bovine and water rumen and two M2 for 20% cattle manure, 30% bovine ruminai content, 50% of blood from cattle and water and three M3 for 10% of beef manure, 20% of ruminai bovine content, 70% of bovine blood and water.
