Abstract

Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of single intravitreal injection of conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME). Methods The clinical data of 42 eyes of 37 cases with DME from Oct.2015 to Dec.2017 in Jiaxian County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were treated with single intravitreal injection of conbercept. The visual acuity, central macular thickness (CMT) and fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA)before and after injection were analyzed. 单次玻璃体内注射康伯利治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效观察

目的观察单次玻璃体腔内注射康宁治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析嘉县妇幼保健院2015年10月至2017年12月收治的37例42眼DME的临床资料。所有病例均采用单次玻璃体腔内注射。分析注射前后的视力、中央黄斑厚度(CMT)和荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)。结果术后1天、1周、4周视力明显改善(P<0.05)， CMT明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗后4周FFA数据显示11眼无渗漏，28眼渗漏较少，3眼无明显变化。总有效率为92.86%。结论玻璃体内注射可在短时间内改善视力，减轻黄斑水肿。关键词:水肿，黄斑，糖尿病;概念，注射，玻璃体内注射，单次;功效
