Abstract

Raman spectroscopy (RS) is simple stable efficient diagnostic tool for body fluids, tissues and other biomolecules. Carotenoids play a key role in protecting the cell damage by viral bacterial diseases. Vegetables are carotenoid enriched. No standard data is available for carotenoids concentration in non-vegetable eatables.
