Abstract

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) fruits of three commercial tomato cultivars Pusa Ruby, Lakshmi and US440, were harvested at red riped stage and physicochemical parameters like colour, TSS, p H , weight of fruit and lycopene content were assessed.
