Based on a literature review of relevant academic articles, reports, and case studies, the article concludes that block-chain technology can enhance the enforceability of international legal guarantees and reduce the risk of fraud and corruption. However, the implementation of block-chain-based investment platforms requires regulatory frameworks and legal agreements to support its adoption. Abstract
Block-chain technology has the potential to strengthen international legal guarantees for investment activity by providing a secure and transparent platform for cross-border transactions. This article aims to explore the benefits of block-chain technology in investment activity, including enhanced security, transparency, and efficiency, as well as the potential to reduce transaction costs and fraud. Based on a literature review of relevant academic articles, reports, and case studies, the article concludes that block-chain technology can enhance the enforceability of international legal guarantees and reduce the risk of fraud and corruption. However, the implementation of block-chain-based investment platforms requires regulatory frameworks and legal agreements to support its adoption.
