地下电力管道智能自动驾驶状态监测与诊断机器人系统
地下配电系统是城市主要基础设施区域内所建的地下电力管道,当电力电缆线路数为9条及以上时,采用增加供电的一种供电方式向该区域供电。特别是地下电力导管中电力电缆的故障,不仅是造成家庭和工业大范围停电的主要原因,而且是电力质量下降的主要原因。为了稳定供电,应采用基于原因分析的有效诊断方法来预防电力电缆质量下降和地下电力导管故障的发生。在本研究中,重点介绍了目前在韩国广泛使用多年的地下电力导管中电力电缆的诊断特性分析结果。介绍了一种机器人系统(能够24小时无盲点监测电力电缆和电力导管内设施状态的多角度折射机械臂)地下电力导管电力电缆诊断技术,通过诊断方法、原理、特点、适用案例、实际反馈等原因分析和预防性诊断,预测电力电缆故障风险。等,尽量减少因设备老化和维护不善造成的电力故障。
