It can be divided into three types according to the location and extent of posterior elastic detachment. The first type was simple posterior elastic layer detachment, which was only confined to the surgical incision (out of the range <1/4 corneal area) , accounting for 69.20% (18/26) of the total number of cases, The localized posterior elastic layer dislocation accounted for 42.30% (11/26) , and the posterior lip layer was 26.90% (7/26) .The second type is symmetrical posterior elastic detachment, which refers to the dislocation of incision and symmetry of it in the limbus area (1/4 corneal area <dislocation range <1/2 corneal area) , which accounts for 19.20% (5/26) of the total number of cases. Abstract

Objective AS-OCT was used to classify posterior corneal elastic detachment after surgery of phacoemulsification and lens implantation for guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment. 超声乳化术及晶状体植入术后视网膜膜脱离分型的AS-OCT研究
