Moreover, this paper normalizes the input value, and redefines the concept of risk on the basis of previous research. In addition, this paper sets up to record the basic information and risk-related information of the project. In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, this paper predicts the training data, test data, and verification data, respectively, to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, and collects existing overseas infrastructure project cases as samples to perform the simulation experiments. Abstract

In order to improve the risk assessment effect of infrastructure projects, this paper combines the BP-ANN algorithm to conduct risk assessment and analysis of overseas infrastructure projects to avoid the problem of slow learning and speed up network learning.
