Abstract
With an increasing demand for new generation mobile networks, ITU Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) has set forth key technical performance requirements for the development of the IMT-2020 system, also known as the fifth generation (5G) system [1], and has started to invite submissions of candidate radio interface technologies for IMT2020 [2].
