Abstract
With the proceeding of the statistics of building energy consumption, there has been vast amounts of data on it. So a Energy Database System in buildings to processing these data is very useful. The Energy Database System in buildings is developed in this dissertation, using Access as database, Delphi6.0 as develop tool. The base information of the statistics of building energy consumption can be inputs queried and mended.
