espanolEste articulo nace de los dialogos compartidos en torno a la conmemoracion de los cuarenta anos de ayuntamientos democraticos en un encuentro convocado por la Fundacion Municipal de Cultura de Valladolid. Estas y otras reflexiones en torno al proceso nos permiten avanzar algunas consideraciones y sugerencias que, sin afan de agotar el tema, hagan posible una mayor profundizacion de las tareas para transformar la situacion, proponiendo iniciativas politicas, de investigacion y gestion para un nuevo marco para la politica cultural local EnglishThis text stems from the shared reflections on the commemoration of the forty years of democratic municipalities in a meeting convened by the Municipal Culture Foundation of Valladolid. These and other reflections about the process allow us to advance some considerations and suggestions that, without wanting to exhaust the issue, make it possible to deepen the tasks to transform the situation, proposing political, research and management initiatives for a new local cultural policy framework
