The instruments used are validity questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, effectiveness questionnaires and critical thinking test questions. The results of the e-Module development are very valid with an average score of 86% of the results according to 86%, according to language 92%, and media 80%. The practicality of the product by 84,16% educators and 83.82% by students in the very practical category. The effectiveness of the product is very effective with an average score of 88.79% of the student effectiveness questionnaire and the test results obtained an average score of 81%.
