重症监护病房患者安全护理活动教育需求研究:运用重要性-绩效分析
目的:本研究旨在了解重症监护病房患者安全护理活动的重要性和表现状况,并了解护士在这方面的教育需求。方法:采用描述性研究方法,选取B市和G省高校医院重症监护病房的196名护士为研究对象。完成重要性-绩效分析(IPA)问卷,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:患者安全护理活动重要性项目得分均值±标准差为4.75±0.33,患者安全护理活动绩效项目得分均值±标准差为4.48±0.38。在IPA结果中,第二象限共包含10个项目,其中1个与“转移”有关,1个与“感染”有关,1个与“消防监视”有关。由于第二象限包含高重要性,低绩效的项目,这10个项目类似于护士应该优先考虑的教育需求。结论:本研究结果可作为制定重症监护病房患者安全护理教育方案的依据。
