Abstract

城市地下空间综合抗灾抗疫建设框架
2019年底2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情爆发后,土木工程将在城市综合防灾抗灾抗疫建设中发挥重要作用。本文结合中国城市疫情防控需求,结合城市地下空间在综合发展规划中防灾抗灾抗疫的优势,提出城市地下空间应急抗灾抗疫可提供安全保障;稳定性、应急医疗条件适应性、低能耗地下应急物资储存、应急资源统一调度、城市发展适应性等方面,给出了城市地下空间灾害与流行病防治弹性评价框架,通过与其他系统的对比,说明了城市地下空间利用的优势。探讨灾害防控中的“可变”与“统一调度”,构建城市地下空间弹性建设框架,进而提出城市地下空间综合弹性建设框架,为弹性城市与城市地下空间建设提供参考©2021,清华大学出版社版权所有
