The postoperative MTF cut-off was, there were statistic differences(P <0.001), higher than the preoperative MTF cut-off. Abstract

Objective To observe the postoperative visual function, the astigmatism and the visu-al quality by AcrySof IQ Toric IOL implantation. 人工晶状体植入术治疗角膜散光对视觉质量的影响

目的观察acryysofiq人工晶体植入术后视功能、散光及视觉质量的变化。方法对2016年1月至2016年12月行超声乳化术及acryysof IQ人工晶体植入术的1-4D角膜散光白内障患者36例(40眼)进行分析。术前和术后3个月对所有患者进行视功能项目检查。结果术后未矫正视力高于术后未矫正视力，差异有统计学意义(P=0.0004)。术后全眼散光程度较术前降低，差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。术后MTF cut-off高于术前MTF cut-off，有统计学差异(P <0.001)。术后需配戴眼镜矫正散光的占8.7%。结论人工晶状体植入术可提高角膜散光白内障患者的视功能，降低术后配镜率，改善视质量。关键词:白内障;人工晶体植入术;散光;视觉质量
